Kia has announced that starting January 15, 2025, owners of its electric vehicles will have access to over 16,500 Tesla Supercharger stations across the U.S.

Additionally, Kia will provide a free North American Charging Standard (NACS) adapter to customers who purchase an EV9 or EV6 after September 4, 2024. Owners of older models will need to purchase the adapters, though the price has not yet been disclosed.

Kia also plans to release future models equipped with standard Tesla connectors. To ensure compatibility with CCS-based DC fast charging stations and Level 2 AC chargers, Kia will offer adapters, enabling customers to use traditional charging stations as well.
