AC Ace Classic Electric: A British legend reimagined with EV energy.

Nov 14, 2024

With an even more refined design and the merging of modern electric vehicle (EV) technology, Britain’s oldest car manufacturer, AC Cars, unveiled the AC Ace Classic Electric at the 2024 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The limited-edition roadster combines the beauty of a vintage sports car with the dynamism of modern EV technology.

Underneath its classic handcrafted carbon fiber body, the AC Ace Classic Electric features a TREMEC special EV powertrain system that delivers 300 horsepower.

“It is a great honor to be at SEMA alongside TREMEC, and the response to the new AC Ace roadster has been phenomenal,” said AC Cars Chairman Alan Lubinsky. “Creating a car with such a tremendous design that utilizes the latest EV technology is a significant achievement for a company celebrating its 123rd anniversary.”

In addition to the AC Ace Classic Electric, buyers can choose the AC Ace Bristol Classic Electric. Both versions maintain a 50/50 weight balance, providing a classic driving experience with a modern electric powertrain.

Available initially in a limited run of only 49 units, the AC Ace Classic Electric and AC Ace Bristol Classic Electric offer a unique opportunity for enthusiasts to own a piece of British automotive history, updated in the form of a modern sports EV.
