Volvo's new electric truck, based on an enhanced version of the FH Electric model, will be able to travel up to 600 km on a single charge, as announced on September 3. The updated truck is expected to be available in the market in the second half of 2025, targeting customers who require longer travel distances. 

This improvement in range has been achieved through advancements in the truck’s software and battery optimization. Additionally, Volvo Trucks will introduce electronic axle technology in the new model, which integrates the motor, gearbox, and axle into a single unit, enhancing battery capacity and overall efficiency.
